Circle City Classic Coronation

Since 1986, The Circle City Classic® has conducted the Miss Circle City Classic® Coronation to recognize the accomplishments of outstanding young women in the African American community. The Coronation targets area high school females and promotes academic achievement, community service, and leadership development. Prior to the event, participants attend weekly workshops that focus on the importance of teamwork, leadership styles, college admissions requirements, study skills, effective communication (oral and written), dress for success, social etiquette, college financial aid, and modern dance. The top ten finalists have the opportunity to conduct an oral presentation in front of a panel of judges. Scores from each of these areas are tabulated to determine and select Miss Circle City Classic®.
