James E. Fletcher, Jr. is the Special Projects Manager with the Circle City Classic and has been involved for over 17 years. In this role, James manages the apparel needs of the Classic staff, board of directors and Organizing Committee members. In addition, he acts as the Alumni Coordinator to the respective alumni by coordinating and disseminating their needs as it relates to their stay during Classic weekend. He also facilitates the Classic Youth Football and Cheerleading Clinic and acts as the Staff Liaison to various committees within the organization.
James also lends his time and talents to the parent organization, Indiana Black Expo, Inc. by managing and coordinating the IBE Celebrity Escort committee, which oversees the logistics of all celebrities participating during Summer Celebration.
James is a retired General Supervisor with Allison Division, G.M.C. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central State University located in Wilberforce, OH.

Tiffany Fletcher is the Manager of Fund Development and Youth Initiatives with the Circle City Classic. In this role, Tiffany manages sponsor fulfillment, donor/resource research activities via the internet, directories and other resources. She identifies and reports on appropriate potential matches for Circle City Classic programs, services, events and marketing efforts as well as assists the Chief Marketing Officer/Executive Director with the coordination of a variety of special events and activities. In addition, she assists with event planning and management, coordination and administration of Classic youth programs and other special events.
A strong believer in scholastic achievement, Tiffany supports the Classic's mission of promoting post-secondary education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Kim Pennycuff
Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer/Executive Director

Kim Pennycuff is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer/Executive Director of the Circle City Classic. In this role, she arranges staff, executive, and organizing committee meetings, maintains a comprehensive schedule for the Executive Director. She sends meeting notices, attends meetings as directed and prepares minutes. In addition, she composes general correspondence, maintains files and documentation for all Classic related business. Furthermore, she submits incoming monies to the Indiana Sports Corporation Finance Department, handling all aspects of invoicing and account receivables, facilitates credit card sales and manages petty cash transactions.
Kim oversees the distribution of game and parade tickets as well as coordinates travel, hotel arrangements and itineraries. She also secures contracts for all the major hotels in Marion County and maintains accurate housing information for the office staff, patrons and volunteers.
